For 15 years, FYV has worked with seniors at a variety of facilities in New York City, including the Caring Community, the 14th Street Y, and Dorot. The FYV method, developed by award-winning playwright and Licensed Social Worker, Gail Noppe-Brandon, builds on the basic tenets of Narrative Therapy and offers seniors the invaluable opportunity to improve working memory and social skills, and to engage in the life review process, which has documented healing benefits for those in the latter stages of their lives.
